When you submit a quote request or contact us through our website, we may collect the following personal information:

We retain personal data for the following periods:
- Quote requests that do not result in a booking — deleted within 3 months of the enquiry date
- Completed bookings — retained for 6 years from the date of the job, in line with
- UK tax and legal record-keeping requirements
- Google Analytics data — retained for 26 months in accordance with Google’s standard retention policy
After these periods, your data will be securely deleted.
7. How we store and protect your data
Your data is stored securely. Quote form submissions are delivered directly to our email inbox and are not stored on the website server after submission. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Our website is hosted on a secure server with SSL encryption — you will see the padlock icon and https:// in your browser address bar when using our site.
After these periods, your data will be securely deleted.
8. Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
